First of all I've been boxing for 6 years and I recently stopped. I need someone who knows how to workout well and can tell me what to do. I;m pretty muscular, and I want to get even bigger. Please answer all of my questions. Question # 1 - I have a bowflex, and I am able to use it everyday, should i use it? Question # 2 - I want to get a pull-up bar. Want kind should I get and how much should I use it? Question # 3 - Should I do push-ups and sit-ups or will the bowflex and pull-up bar take care of my chest muscles and abs? Question # 4 - I know swimming helps build good muscles, and I have a large pool. I also have time to swim everyday. Should I include swimming in my everyday training sessions? And if so, what style should i swim? Question # 5 - I am devoted and I have time to do all of these things everyday, so can you please tell me if I should do all of these different things (pull-ups chin-ups, bowflex, push-ups sit-ups, and swimming) everyday? And if so, how much of everything should I do and how should I do it? I am very fit and motivated so I wont get tired after doing one thing so don't worry about that. I have the time to fit all of these things into my daily schedule. I want to gain some more muscle mass and get ripped, and I am ready to do anything ; ) Thanks in advance :)
