[ Diet & Fitness ] Open Question : is this a healthy dinner?

for dinner i had one tyson boneless chicken breast - around 100 calories with a peanut sauce over it containg around two yeaspoons of reduced fat peanut butter, about a capfull of A1 steak sauce and a pinch of cinamon served over a bed of salad serve with some cooked green beans with nothing on them and 1 cup of progresso light santa fe style chicken - around 80 calories. is this healhy?? its deffenitly fillingg
