Okay, My name is Jay and I am 14 years old, I stand at 5'8 and weigh about 165 lbs last time I checked and I don't know how much I've lost.... or gained, I'm not fat, just skinny-fat, which sounds really weird but i have an average stomach, and big obliques, my arms are toned a bit, there big enough and tense enough too, my calves are okay as well and I have biggish 'man-boobs', I have until the end of this month to trim down enough to feel comfortable when I go back to school, so I was wondering if you guys have any tips because being honest, I don't have great motivation, and I wish I could be like my friends, they eat like horses but don't gain an ounce, basically, I want to know how to get motivated and become lean and trim and feel comfortable taking my shirt off in PE (Physical Education) aka Gym Class, when I'm changing, please guys and gals, help me get motivated and lose weight, give me all the tips and pointers and routines that you can and all the diets that are ACTUALLY easy to stay on, any help at all would be appreciated, thank you. :) P.S. I do kickboxing twice a week for an hour and a half but I know that isn't enough, we used to do 5 days along with 1 day break and 1 day running but my coach just doesn't have the time anymore:( and once again, thank you so much if you can help me :)
