Hi all, hoping someone that knows about dogs can help me with this. We're planning on getting a relative of mine a little dog for her birthday, but we have some very specific requirements, so I'm hoping someone will suggest a suitable breed to me. First of all, we're looking for a small dog, the smaller the better. My relative has a serious condition that means she could not take the dog for a walk etc, so the dog must be a low energy dog that needs no exercise/would be content just running around the yard. The dog will preferably need very little upkeep, and have short hair/very little shedding. Lastly, the main reason we want the dog is for companionship, we'd like a loyal, loving dog, that likes to spend time with people, is friendly, gets on with everyone. And preferably cute! Any ideas? Thanks!
