[ Mental Health ] Open Question : Feeling disconnected from reality?

I've been pretty socially isolated for the past two months' I've been dealing with chronic pain from Degenerative Disc Disease and I'm taking 60mg Co-Codamol a day. I've been incredibly apathetic, is it because of the medication?
