i'm trying to access the internet using my cousins laptop but whenever internet explorer pops up, it tells me that i don't have internet access. there is this little indicator on the lower right corner of the screen where it tells the user whether or not they have internet. it says that the computer is currently connected to my 2wire but, when i get to internet explorer, it says the opposite, i know i have internet because at the same time, i'm using my laptop and i know i have access to the internet because it gives me the same indication and i can acutally access websites. i know there's something wrong with my cousins laptop, but i'm not sure what. can anyone please help me with this?
