[ Other - Cultures & Groups ] Open Question : My company took a hit during the recession, it was only right to downsize all the black people right?

.......I mean after all they aren't really valuable to the work force. We sent their jobs to another branch and employed white people at lower pay. I figure its better to employ white people at lower pay, then have black moochers sucking up company profits.
