[ Other - Internet ] Open Question : I can't read any documents it keeps saying internet explorer has stopping working. Please helpm?

i try to open what i need to see to print it and it says Internet Explorer has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. How do I find out what the problem is. Please let me know. Thank you
