[ Pregnancy ] Open Question : Im 19 yrs old. & just found out im 5 weeks pregnant. Right off the bat i have decided to have an abortion...?

I want to know is the abortion process painful & for how long? Ive never been pregnant before & i blame myself 100% for being careless. Im about to start my junior year in college in the fall. Im scared and feel pretty much alone at this point
