I ate breakfast at 3a.m. and it was 1100 calories. I slept from 4 to 6 a.m. I ate a bar that was 140 calories at 9a.m. By 10a.m., I was at Cross Country meet, So I was walking around and stretching until 12:00. I ran a 5k at 12:00 a.m. within 26 minutes. After that, I was walking to cool down and stretched and stood around until 3p.m. I got home at 4pm and ate 1460 calories...yes I know bad!!!! Then, at 6pm, I did the elliptical for an hour. I'm kind of concerned that I ate too much today, I ate 2700 calories and only burned 1,000 by running and doing the elliptcal, I imagine I burned more by walking around and standing all day, but I'm not sure. All this week, I had been eating between 1200-1800 cals. I'm 16 years old, 5'7" and 126 pounds. Thanks!
