Now, one of the other big issues is where baby Lucia goes to school. Oksana wants to educate Lucia privately in a school close to her home in the San Fernando Valley.
Mel is seeking joint custody of Lucia (which Oksana is also fighting), so he wants his daughter to attend a school halfway between Oksana’s home and his home in Malibu.
So Mel Gibson looks no nearer solving his battles with ex-girlfriend Oksana. Even Oksana’s lawyers now want her to budge so she can reach a custody settlement with Mel. Oksana is said to still be so bitter that she’d rather drag Mel Gibson through the mud than settle and just walk away. Mel and Oksana Grigorieva are deep in the throws of mediation, and one of the big issues is where baby Lucia goes to school.
