I got this recipe for salmon off a website, and it says "Place fish in a large resealable plastic bag with the soy sauce mixture, seal, and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours." Does it mean i'm suppose to let it, marinade, in a sense, or just cover with the mixture, take it out, then refrigerate it?
