[ Diet & Fitness ] Open Question : About how many calories is this (per day)?

I usually eat pretty healthily, but this weekend I went away for a family reunion and everything went out the window. I'd still like to know about how many calories I consumed per day. I'm terrible at guessing and was lost without calorie king or any way to officially count calories while being up at the lake without internet or cell service. Thanks a lot! (Don't judge!) FRIDAY Nature Valley granola bar 1 serving homemade lasagna 1 serving eggplant parmesan 2 servings greek salad 1/2 cup of melon 1 cup of blueberries 1 bigish serving blueberry cobler with vanilla ice cream 1 smore SATURDAY (all homemade) 1 banana 1 english muffin with peanut butter chicken salad on a roll small brownie 1/2 cup of macarroni and cheese salmon pate dip on crackers (10 crackers) alvacodo shrimp salsa on crackers (15 crackers) cream cheese covered strawberries (3) about 1/2 a beer and a glass of wine small slice of coconut cream pie small slice of lemon curd pie 2 smores SUNDAY (all day long, morning to dark on the beach- in no order) 7 slices of pizza 2 servings of green salad with vinegrette 1 cup fruit salad 2 small scoops of gelato (espresso and coconut) about 1/2 rasberry ice 2 pieces of birthday cake 1 samll piece of peanut butter cookie cake 5 cups of iced tea with lemon and maybe a little sugar- slightly sweet. I know it got worse and worse as the weekend progressed. Give me your best guesses please! Thanks again :)
