healthy, making the right food choices and exercising for an hour a day(30 mins of running, 10 mins cross trainer and 20 mins of weight training). I have tried so many diets and restricted myself to where I was starving then I would jut pig out, all resulting in me either losing no weight, losing weight and putting it back on or actually GAINING weight. Now I just want to have no plan to follow, just eat 3 very healthy protein rich meals a day, and one or two healthy snacks and making healthy choices by following no strict plan, just good diet and exercise, can I aim to lose 2.5 pounds a week with this? I'm 220 pounds, 5"8.
