[ Diet & Fitness ] Open Question : What can I do to make myself able to eat more and not feel completely stuffed?

I have a small stomach, so I don't eat much. I love eating, but I get overstuffed easily when finishing a meal. I'm at a healthy weight, relatively skinny, and have a SMALL frame. I calculated that I need 1700 cal/day, but I only can stuff in 1000-1400 at max a day. I eat healthy, and can only fit 16-19 g of fiber a day because I'm unable to eat much. I always have 2 servings of fruit and 2 servings of veggies a day, and by dinner I feel almost too full to eat anything. I think I eat less meat/grains than I do for dairy, fruits, and veggies. I even workout, run, and dance. I have been the same weight for many months, which is good, but I hate feeling stuffed/bloated.
