I'm considering signing my almost 4 month old toy poodle up for Puppy classes at Petsmart. She knows her basic commands and is doing pretty well, but I'm mostly concerned with socializing her. Basically, she's becoming scared of people. I've tried to get her out and walk around places like PetsMart or PetCo once or twice per week, and I've done so since she was a baby, but it's not helping. She'll look at people and wag her tail, but the moment they look at her.... she'll run away. She has the same reaction to other dogs. Anywho, do any of you think these classes will help?
