I have a 1997 sable. The fan does not turn on at all for the ac or heat. I checked the blower fuses both inside the car and under the hood and they are both ok. what should my next step be, the relay? the manual says only a mechanic should swap the relay, is that true? if not, how do i get the relay out, i tried pulling on it slightly but it does not come out, does it just take a lot of force? should that be the next thing i test, or do something else first?
