couple of months ago I suffered from epididymitis but now according to the tests there is no sign of infection, but I am still suffering from pain after ejaculation. now the problem starts since that I have met a girl recently and dated her once, but could not have sex with her (while I think she was expecting it from me) because of my current medical condition, and could not tell her anything about it, but I promised her another date. now the question is should I tell her about my medical condition? or should I just stand the pain and have sex with her (with condom) , to not lose her?
