i am using a lg xenon and was looking at a comparison between 2g and 3g iPhones. the iPhone 3g uses a 3g network compared to the 2g witch uses edge network. So does this mean that when i switch sim cards from my xenon to the iPhone 2g and use the network it will be the same?, will it cost me more? im under rogers. my xenon does have a data plan but its not a smartphone so it is cheaper. so will rogers charge me more using a 2g? will they know if i switch sim cards?
