I bought my ipod around two yrs ago. Just before i had had it a year it statrtd to play up and i rang the repair number but it then statred working again so never took this any further,( but they have this on record). Now it is really playing up and clearly not working properly. I have rang the repair center up and they have took me through the repair settings and they have agreed it is not working so have given me the code to take it to hmv for a replacement. I have my bank statement as proof of purchase . And they said it is soley the stores discretion now...... I am sure i read on martins money tips that electrical goods have 2years ? Can anyone help me so i no if i do have a case to argue or not???? I would be very grateful for some advice :) kind regards.
