Open Question: Company Wont Answer Calls or Emails?

I bought a mattress a couple months ago. There is a warranty on the product, but I didn't receive anything in the mail saying so. No proof! So I have been calling and calling and emailing and emailing. At different times throughout the day and I GET NO ANSWER!! Nothing! They don't respond to anything! What can I do? Should I get a lawyer or ssomething Does anyone have any suggestions?
