[ Other - Health ] Open Question : How to deal with stress?

I'm so stressed. 1. I have a physics test tuesday worth over half my grade 2. My friend is SUPER angry at me because I won't hang out with her (I'm studying for the test) 3. My boyfriend is acting really weird/mad That's why I'm stressed. I am literally shaking. The physics test is what I'm the most worried about though. Help! How do I calm down?!
