I have two parakeets. The female has been acting quite strangely for the past couple of days or so. She sleeps all day with her neck rested on her back. I put a blanket over the cage at night, so they are definitely able to get peaceful sleep. The male parakeet is fine and has been active in the day, but the female stays ruffled up with her eyes closed.
