I'm 205lbs currently and 31.5% body fat. I'm a woman with a large burly 6 foot frame. I rowed in college and am now a lifeguard/swim coach so I have a lot of muscle. From what I can see my body fat percentage is alright, although I could get down to 21% body fat as well. If I go by weight for regular charts it says I'm supposed to be 135-175 lbs depending on the source but then I would be under fat percent. I'm confused but I know it's because of my bulky muscles. My family are all overweight dating back at least 100 years and I have always followed suite even when I worked out 4 hours a day for crew. Also I lost 60+ lbs this last year and haven't weighed this little since Elementary school. I've been slowly plateauing the last 5 months losing 15 lbs which might mean I'm getting closer if not close. Any advice on how much more I should aim to lose?
