[ Financial Aid ] Open Question : Do I have enough native American in me to be helped with college aid?

I think I am 1/8 sioux native American. My grandfather is 50%. His mother was the pure native American. My father is 1/4. This leaves me at 1/8. My mothers side doesn't have anything. Am I eligible for financial aid, or government aid? Or anything? If so what do I need to do to prove this? Is there a blood test?
