Tomorrow is the first day of college. I am going to community college, as most of my 'friends' are too. All summer long, one of my 'friends' has been telling me that her parents are getting her a car. But 2 weeks ago, she texted me, asking me to take her home from college because she isn't getting a car until after classes start. I told her that I can't because she lives in the opposite direction of the way I go to school, so taking her home would be going out of my way. My last class also ends an hour before her last class, so I would have to wait an hour for her. She hasn't texted me since, and I think she's mad at me. And she most likely won't give me gas money because at my graduation party, she didn't give me any money. She just got me a card. And she has a job. Does she have a right to be mad at me? I also don't have my own car. Me and my dad share one.
