[ Laptops & Notebooks ] Open Question : I got a new laptop and cant find the programming for my webcam, Where should i look to find it?

My webcam is built in and i cant find the programming to open it and take pictures or videos. I know its there cuz i can see myself in it on websites that use a webcam. Please Help!
