[ Other - General Health Care ] Open Question : In Canada, what is the best way for a student to find a paid job working with medical doctors?

I'm 18 years old and I'm starting university in the fall. Next summer, I'm hoping to find a paid job working with doctors, since I want to become a pediatrician and I need more experience with doctors. I could do research, but what other options are there?
