everynight at around this time i get bad hunger pains, when i've had a normal sized dinner :/ i thought it might be that my portion is too small, but i physically cant eat anymore as i get full very quickly! i eat quite alot throughout the day, so it cant be that i don't eat enough, because i do! any suggestions about whats happening? :S xxxxxxxxxxxx
